# Vectors and Trails

Click on Display Selected Object Vectors to enable the display and customization of object vectors:

Optionally display heading (a dotted pale line), course (a solid pale line), lift (a solid dark line), and pilot line of sight. Please note that pilot line of sight is only available under certain circumstances.

Drag the Trails Slider to make the ribbon-like object trails longer or shorter:

Please note that very long trails may affect performance and will only be displayed on selected objects.
