Tacview can be downloaded from the website or through Steam.
To download through the website, go to https://tacview.net/download/latest/arrow-up-right and click the green download button.
Launch the installer and follow the instructions.
Alternatively you may download Tacview through Steam. Go to Tacview's store page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1174860/Tacview/arrow-up-right
When you have downloaded and installed the program from the website or through Steam, launch Tacview.
Click Next to expore the main window layout.
