If you are using Tacview on Steam, launch Tacview one time so that the install scripts run. If Tacview has previously been launched, it is necessary run "verify integrity of software files" so the install scripts will run again. Go to ** Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of software files**:

In DCS World, check that Tacview is installed by going to Options → Special → Tacview:

If Tacview does not appear under Options → Special → Tacview after rerunning the installer, you may perform a manual installation by copying the Mods and Scripts folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Tacview\DCS\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tacview\DCS\ to %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\DCS\
