When you install Tacview for the first time, all features are enabled for a 21-day demo period. This is reset whenever you install a new stable version. After the demo period has expired, you will be able to continue to use the free edition of Tacview indefinitely to. 📌 **Can I upgrade from Tacview Standard to Tacview Advanced? How much does it cost?**

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Please [email us](mailto:support@tacview.net?subject=Tacview%20License%20Upgrade) with your current product key and we will provide a discounted upgrade offer based on your existing license.

📌 **Do you offer volume discounts for group orders?**

Yes. Group discounts are automatically applied when purchasing multiple licenses [directly from our website](https://tacview.net/purchase/buy/). You will receive one product key per license. If you need a mix of editions (for example Standard and Advanced in the same order), please [email us](mailto:support@tacview.net?subject=Tacview%20Mixed%20Group%20Order).

📌 **I own one license of Tacview. Can I use it on both my desktop and my laptop?**

Yes. You can use your license on all of your personal computers. Sharing your product key with other users is not permitted.

📌 **Which versions of Tacview work with my product key?**

Tacview Standard and Tacview Advanced product keys remain valid for all updates and grant access to beta versions. Tacview Enterprise licenses have specific terms depending on the agreement.

📌 **I bought a product key. Where can I download the installer?**

There is a single installer for all editions, available on the [download page](https://tacview.net/download/latest/) Once installed, all features are unlocked when you enter your product key.',

📌 **I lost my product key after reinstalling my system. How can I recover it?**

Please [email us](mailto:support@tacview.net?subject=Tacview%20Lost%20Product%20Key) with as much information as possible about your order, including your full name, the email address used for the purchase, and the approximate purchase date. We will resend your product key as soon as possible. We recommend printing it or storing it in a safe place to avoid any interruption in the future.

📌 **Can I use Tacview without an internet connection?**

Yes. Tacview works fully offline and does not require an internet connection for normal use. You only need internet access to download the installer and receive your product key.

📌 **Can I transfer my Steam license to standalone, or vice versa?**

You can use your standalone Tacview license key through Steam. Download the free version of Tacview from [Tacview's Steam store page](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1174860/Tacview/):

Launch Tacview and click the yellow key icon to be prompted to enter your key.

You should only have to perform this procdure one time on each computer you use.

Conversely, the Steam version of Tacview cannot be transferred to standalone. Sorry for the inconvenience.
