# Windows Layout

Tool windows in Tacview can be floating, docked, auto-hidden, hidden, or rendered partially transparent. In most cases, the title bar of a docked window can be clicked a dragged to turn it into a floating window or to dock it elsehwere. While you are dragging a window, docking guides will appear.
